I called them at the end of February, well past the 6 weeks they offered, and they said that they were not going to be able to deliver the furniture until the end of May, because the manufacturer had move. To that I said that I was getting the furniture before my daughter’s birthday in April, and therefore I didn’t want it anymore, just a nightstand, to match the one we have.
To make a long story short, several phone calls later and after asking to waive the delivery fee for the nightstand after all the fiasco, and that was the least they could do to provide me with service I deserved, they declined to waive the fee. Needless to say, I cancelled my order right away. Beside this, the deposit that I gave them from the get go, they didn’t reimbursed me when they said they were going to do it. But I still have to see the credit on my credit card statement. All I was looking for was for good customer service, but apparently, they don’t care. I guess I am a small fish to them.
